A hands-on bootcamp that turns AI from a random search bar into a real, daily working tool for college students.

Most students today use AI tools randomly. They open ChatGPT, ask something, get a shallow answer, and move on. No structure, no judgment, no real skill built. The result is students who think they know AI โ but can't actually use it to make their work better.
The AI Mastery Bootcamp fixes that. Over a structured, hands-on program, students learn how AI actually works, how to prompt it precisely, how to use the right tool for the right task across their academic and creative work, and how to ship a real project by the end. They walk out with AI as a daily working tool โ not a novelty.
About The Bootcamp
A foundation program for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year college students. It builds real AI capability from the ground up โ not job prep, not vague theory, but the practical judgment students need to make AI part of how they study, create, and build.
The bootcamp is built around five focused modules. Each module ends with something the student can apply, showcase, or build. By the end, every student has a working project they built themselves โ using AI as their working partner, not their crutch.
Our Day Zero Approach
Before the bootcamp begins, we understand the students โ their year, their stream, the kind of academic and creative work they do, and the gaps they want to close. Then we customize the bootcamp around them.
A first-year batch doesn't get the same sessions as a third-year batch. Core CS students don't get the same project options as core mechanical students. This is not a plug-and-play deck. It's built for your students, every time.
What's Covered
Five focused modules. Each one ends with something the student can apply, showcase, or build.
- How AI language models actually work in practical terms
- Where AI is strong, where it's unreliable, and why it makes errors
- How to verify and trust what AI gives back
- Practical use of ChatGPT, Claude, and the other core LLMs
What Gets Created
- A working AI toolkit mapped to real academic and creative work
- A personal prompt library the student keeps growing
- Sample outputs across notes, presentations, images, video, audio
- A working project โ website, application, or chatbot
- A repeatable daily workflow, not just a bootcamp memory
- All workshop materials and reference documents shared
Day-Wise Structure
Structure is adjustable to your college's schedule and requirements. Final flow confirmed after the enquiry call.
LLM Foundations + Prompt Engineering
Students understand how AI actually works and start writing prompts that produce accurate, controlled output. By end of Day 1, every student has their first prompt library live.
AI for Academic Work + Creative AI Tools
Hands-on use of AI across notes, presentations, assignments, image, video, and audio. Students build the workflow they'll keep using long after the bootcamp.
Ship a Project + Showcase
Every student builds a small working project โ website, application, or chatbot โ using AI as their build partner. Projects are presented and reviewed the same day.

What We Need From The College
- A seminar hall or classroom with good bandwidth
- Reliable internet connection and uninterrupted power supply
- Students should carry their own laptops
- No prior AI exposure required โ we start from zero
By the end of the bootcamp, students are no longer opening ChatGPT for one-off queries and closing it. They have:
- Real judgment on how AI works and where it can be trusted
- A personal prompt library they use every day
- A working project they built themselves, ready to showcase
- An AI-powered workflow across notes, presentations, and creative work
They walk in curious. They walk out capable.
X-Factor's Signature Strategies
Tool-Agnostic Judgment
We don't teach one platform. AI tools change every three months โ locking students into one tool makes them obsolete fast. What we teach is the judgment: how to pick the right tool for the right task, how to shift when a better tool arrives, and how to build workflows that survive tool changes.
This is the difference between a student who "knows ChatGPT" and a student who actually knows AI.
Ship-a-Project Anchor
Most workshops end with notes. Ours ends with a project. From Day 1, every module is pointed at one goal โ the student building a working project by the end. Website, application, or chatbot โ something real, something demonstrable.
At KIET (Kakinada), 50+ teams built and presented working projects in 2 days. Every team, every project reviewed by the X-Factor team. That's the standard.
