Strong technical execution under a tight 24-hour window. The team's API design was clean and their fallback handling for offline mode was better thought-out than most finalists. Presentation could have led with the problem statement more clearly, but the build itself was near production quality.

Creative use of the constraint set — most teams avoided the harder track, this one leaned into it. The model evaluation section of their demo was the strongest in the room. Recommend tightening the pitch to under five minutes next time.
